校园定向运动教学内容的选择与教学活动的开展

The Choice of Campus Orienteering Teaching Content and the Carrying Out of Teaching Activities

分析了开展校园定向运动教学过程中存在的问题,并根据学校的实际情况设计了校园定向运动的教学内容和教学方法,将竞技性的定向运动转变为大众化的体育运动项目。分析了准备、组织和开展校园定向运动的方法,给出了相应的有效教学模式。

The problems existing in teaching process of campus orienteering were analyzed. Teaching content and methods of campus orienteering were chosen according to the actual situation of our school, thus the competitive orienteering was transformed into a popular sports items. The methods of preparing, organizing and carrying out the campus orienteering were analyzed, therefore, the corresponding effective teaching model was given.
