摘要
文家坡矿1#辅运石门是煤矿的重要运输通道,现场监测表明巷道顶板与两帮围岩变形小,两帮锚杆受力较小,巷道局部有轻微底鼓,巷道处于"强顶-强帮-弱底"状态。通过现场监测、松动圈测试以及FLAC3D软件计算,对原有支护方案进行了优化。进行了现场工业性试验,现场监测结果表明巷道两帮围岩变形量与帮部锚杆受力值有所增加,但均未超过其允许值,验证了支护优化方案的可行性。
No.1 subsidirary transportation roadway is an important transport corridor in Wenjiapo coal mine,field monitoring shows that surrounding rock deformation of roof and both sides of roadway is samll,anchor rod acting force of both sides of roadway is samll,slight floor heave happens in local roadway,the roadway is strong roof-strong sides-weak floor. By means of field monitoring,broken rock circle measure and FLAC software calculation,the original support scheme is optimized. A field industrial trial is carried out,the results of field monitoring shows that surrounding rock deformation and nchor rod acting force of both sides of roadway increased,but both don′ t more than the allowable value, feasibility of optimization of support scheme is verified.
