摘要
综合分析液压支架立柱液压缸液压系统的能耗,提出了一种新型节能型液压系统。该液压系统利用势能回收原理,将立柱下降的势能回收到蓄能器中,以供立柱上升时使用,从而节约能源。建立新系统和传统系统AMESim仿真模型,通过仿真结果分析,得出新系统比传统系统节省大约14%的能量。
Reviews the energy consumption of hydraulic support column hydraulic cylinder hydraulic system. A new type of energy-saving hydraulic system was put forward. The potential energy recycling principle was used in the hydraulic system. The potential energy of the column was recovered in the accumulator, which can be used for rising, thus saving energy. The new system and the traditional system AMESim simulation model was set up. It was concluded that the new system saves about 14%energy than traditional system by analyzing the simulation results.
