摘要
为进一步提高空气重介质流化床分选精度和操作灵活性,将脉动气流引入空气重介质流化床对-13+6 mm煤炭进行分选试验,考察气流速度、脉动气流频率和床层高度等因素对分选效果的影响规律,并通过正交试验确定空气重介质脉动流化床中煤炭分选最佳操作条件。
In order further promote air dense medium fluidized bed separation accuracy and operational flexibility, pulsed air were introduced to separate-13+6 mm coal. The influence rules of gas velocity,gas pulsed frequency and bed height single factor variables worked on separation effect was studied in the research, and the optimum operating conditions was confirmed through the orthogonal experiment.
