摘要
为降低煤粉对空气重介质流化床干法分选过程的影响,以粉煤分层占比、床层压降波动、可能偏差Ep值为考察指标,研究了粉煤粒级变化对其在流化床中分布、流化、分选行为的影响。结果表明:煤粉在流化床床层中分布并不均匀,总体呈现上层偏多,中、下层偏少的趋势。
In order to reduce the influence of fine coal on the process of dry separation for air dense medium fluidized bed, the influence of fine coal on distribution, fluidization, and separation behavior caused by variation of size fraction were studied. The content proportion of stratified fine coal,fluctuation of bed pressure drop, and probable error Epwere used to examine the experiments. The results show that the distribution of fine coal is not uniform in a fluidized bed. In general, there is a trend that fine coal in upper layer is more than that in middle and lower layer.
