摘要
为充分利用煤层气、减少发动机尾气对煤矿井下环境的污染,基于GT-POWER建立了柴油/煤层气混合燃料发动机仿真模型,分析了不同工况下煤层气替代率对发动机燃烧过程、排放特性的影响,得出了缸内压力和温度、烟度和NOx比排放的变化规律。
In order to make full use of gas and reduce engine pollution of the underground environment, the engine fuelled with Diesel/CBM blends simulation model is established based on GTPOWER, igniting by diesel and fuelling by gas. In the simulation, effect on engine combustion process and emission characteristics when flameproof engine was under conditions of different gas substitution rate and the variation regularity of pressure and temperature in cylinder, smoke and NOxspecific emissions was summarized.
