摘要
为研究冲压成形过程中冲头的速度和行程对回弹的影响,提出了采用数值模拟和数据对比相结合的方法。基于ABAQUS有限元数值模拟平台,采用动-静态联合算法建立仿真模型对大尺度薄板工件进行冲压仿真;采用单一变量法,分别设置不同的冲压速度与冲压行程进行数值模拟,通过采集冲压模型中不同速度与行程下板材的回弹数据进行分组对比分析。
To study the effects of stamping process of the punch velocity and stroke on springback, a method of combining numerical simulation and data contrast is proposed. Stamping forming for large-scale sheet metal and numerical simulation based on ABAQUS platform is necessary; by the dynamic and static combined algorithm establish simulation model. Using single variable method, the numerical simulation of different punching speed and stroke stamping is set up, at the same time, based on the data of different speed and stroke in the stamping process, the data of the sheet metal is analyzed.
