“四化同步”发展的区域格局及影响因素——以河南为分析样本

Analysis on the Regional Pattern and Influencing Factors in the Development of “Four Modernizations Synchronization”

工业化、城镇化、信息化与农业现代化"四化同步"发展是促进城乡统筹和区域发展的现实需要与战略导向。以典型省份河南为样本构建综合评价指标体系,分析省辖市"四化同步"发展的空间格局,借助计量经济模型探讨"四化同步"发展的影响因素。结果表明:河南省18个省辖市的工业、城镇、信息和农业等四个层面的单个发展程度,"四化同步"综合发展档次,以及四个层面间的耦合水平、协调水平都具有显著的区域空间性发展水平差异;区域"四化同步"演进水平与区域经济发展水平、农村发展水平之间具有正向的关联性特征,而与城乡收入差距、城乡消费差距以及城乡综合收支差距之间具有负向的关联性特征。

Four Modernizations Synchronization development consisting of industrialization,urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernizationis,is the practical need and strategic orientation to promote urban and rural overall development and regional economy development.Comprehensive evaluation index systems need to be built to accurately analyze the effect of Four Modernizations Synchronization on the regional pattern.Spatial development patterns of and influencing factors of Four Modernizations Synchronization can be analyzed by taking Henan Province as the typical samples.Analysis results show that：There are obvious regional spatial development differences in the respective development level of industrialization,urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernization,in the aspect of comprehensive development index of Four Modernizations Synch ronization,coupling development degree;coordinated development level.There are positive relevance characteristics between the evolution level of regional Four Modernizations Synchronization and theregional economic development level,the rural development level.However,there are negative correlation characteristics between the evolution level of regional Four Modernizations Synchronization and the income gap,the consumption gap,the comprehensive income and expenditure gap about urban and rural areas.
