摘要
目的探讨microRNA-21(miRNA-21)和microRNA-106a(miRNA-106a)在结直肠癌(CRC)患者粪便中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月在昆山市第一人民医院手术治疗的原发性CRC患者99例(CRC组)及同期体检健康者30例(对照组),采集粪便标本,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测miRNA-21和miRNA-106a表达,并分析其与患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果 CRC组患者粪便中miRNA-21和miRNA-106a的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05);miRNA-21表达与肿瘤TNM分期、浸润深度及远处转移有关(P<0.05),miRNA-106a表达与肿瘤的远处转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-21和miRNA-106a可能参与了CRC的发生、发展,可作为CRC的肿瘤学生物化学标志物。
Objective To study the expression of microRNA-21( miRNA-21) and microRNA-106a( miRNA-106a) in the excrement of patients with colorectal cancer( CRC) and the relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods Ninety-nine patients with primary CRC( CRC group) and thirty healthy people( control group) were selected in the First People's Hospital of Kunshan City from January 2012 to December 2014. The excrement specimens were collected. The expressions of miRNA-21 and miRNA-106 a in the excrement specimens were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction. The relationship between the expressions of miRNA-21,miRNA-106 a and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The expressions of miRNA-21 and miRNA-106 a in the excrement of patients in CRC group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈0. 05). The expression of miRNA-21 was related to TNM stage,depth of invasion and distant metastasis( P 〈0. 05). The expression of miRNA-106 a was related to tumorous distant metastasis( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion miRNA-21 and miRNA-106 a may be involved in the occurrence and development of CRC. miRNA-21 and miRNA-106 a can be used as oncological biochemical markers for CRC.
