国外教师效能研究概览 被引量:1

摘要 教师效能是教师特质、教学能力和行为的综合体。20世纪20年代,西方国家最先对教师效能进行研究。文章首先分析了教师效能的研究背景,阐释了国外学术界关于教师效能的概念研究,然后探讨了影响教师效能的因素,最后综述了其研究范式。
