髓源性免疫抑制细胞在实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)小鼠外周血及脾脏中髓源性免疫抑制细胞(MDSCs)的表达及亚型分布。方法:用猪甲状腺球蛋白免疫CBA/J小鼠诱发EAT模型;苏木精-伊红染色观察甲状腺炎症情况,酶联免疫法测定小鼠血清中甲状腺球蛋白抗体和抗甲状腺过氧物酶抗体水平。流式细胞术分析小鼠外周血及脾脏中MDSCs表达及其亚群分布。结果:EAT小鼠外周血及脾脏中粒细胞亚群及单核细胞亚群MDSCs比例显著高于对照组。结论:MDSCs在EAT小鼠中明显升高,在桥本氏甲状腺炎的发病中起重要作用。
