三种超声成像技术对乳腺癌肿块大小测量的准确性比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价三种(二维超声(2D-US)、超声弹性成像(UE)、超声造影(CEUS))超声成像技术测量乳腺癌肿块大小的准确性。方法:30例乳腺癌患者,术前分别用2D-US、UE、CEUS测量病灶大小,以手术切除肿瘤标本测值为标准,比较三种测量方法的准确性。结果:2D-US、UE、CEUS测值与病理测值的一致率分别为13.3%、63.3%、23.3%(P<0.01);三种超声测值分别与病理测值差值(-(0.55±0.33)、-(0.20±0.15)、-(0.40±0.26)cm)两两比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且相关系数r分别为0.91、0.96、0.91。结论:三种超声成像技术的乳腺癌肿块大小测值均与病理测值的相关关系良好,UE对乳腺癌肿块大小测量的准确性最高,与病理测值的相关性最好。 Objective:To assess the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound imaging(2D-US),ultrasonic elastography(UE)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in the size measurement of breast cancer. Methods:Thirty patients with breast cancer were included in this study. Size of the gross sample was used as standard. All lesions were measured by 2D-US,UE and CEUS before resection and the accuracy of three methods were compared after surgery. Results:The concordance rates between 2D-US,UE,CEUS measurement and pathological tumor size were 13.3%,63.3% and 23.3%(P〈0.01). The average differences between 2D-US,UE,CEUS measurement and Significant statistical differences were found(P〈0.05);The correlation coefficients between 2D-US,UE,CEUS measurement and pathological tumor size were 0.91,0.96 and 0.91. Conclusion:The correlation between each modality and pathology in the tumor size measurement is satisfied. UE is a method with the highest rate of accuracy and best correlation.
