摘要
壮族情歌具独特民族性、地域性,其英译不仅要契合音乐、文学规律,还需跨越英壮语言、文化、思维及审美差异。为此,应以"以歌译歌"为基准,"形神兼具"为理想。具言之,译词的音韵、轻重音、语调走向与原歌旋律融为一体,语法、语篇与原歌"元功能对等"。经此,众"讹"可消,"化境"可期。相应策略,可"异化优先,归化相辅",方法与技巧包括:音译、直译、意象像似、视角转换、形意互合、"得意忘形"等。
The English translation of Zhuang Lyrical Ballad must follow the principle for literary translation and the law of music, during which the translator must also handle the differences in language, culture, way of thinking and aesthetic between English and Zhuang language. Thus, the basic criteria can be " a song into a song" and "unity of form with content". Specifically, the stresses, intonation, and other phonological features of the English version should correspond to the source song and its melody. At the same time, the English version should he " meta- functional equivalent" grammatically and textually to the source version, through which misunderstanding, mistranslation and mismatch should be avoided. Accordingly, the strategy "foreignization first, domestication next" is proposed, which can be carried on by means of such as "transliteration","literal translation",subsmutlon of resemblingimage" ", " switch of perspec- tive", "integration of form and content", "content over form", etc.
