摘要
将泡桐、杨木和柳木3种轻软木材制备成重组木,探讨密度对轻软木材重组木耐水性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着密度的增加,泡桐重组木的静曲强度、弹性模量和水平剪切强度等主要力学性能增强,而吸水厚度膨胀率随着密度的增大而增大;杨木、柳木重组木的物理力学性能,随重组木密度的增大而改善。
The present work explored the possibility of using Paulownia Sieb. et Zucc., Populus and Salix babylonica L. to produce wood scrimber, the wood were made use of oriented fiber mats and then made for scrimber using hot pressing method after dipping and drying. The effect of density on scrimber properties was studied. The results indicated that the density had a positive effect on mechanical properties of Paulownia Sieb. et Zucc. wood scrimber, yet the water resistance decreased with the increasing density. Also, the density had a positive effect on the water resistance and mechanical properties of the scrimber made from Populus and Salix babylonica L. wood.
