静脉血栓相关基因多态性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 静脉血栓的形成,是先天性的血栓形成倾向及非遗传因素共同导致。静脉血栓,尤其是深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)对人体的危害较大。在急性阶段如不及时诊断及处理,部分患者可因血栓脱落造成肺栓塞,甚至导致死亡。
