基于物联网的猪肉制品追溯系统研究 被引量:8

摘要 目前国内在肉品溯源方面的侧重点是政府主导和企业主体的监管模式,而消费者作为肉品安全的最重要利益相关者并不能很有效地参与其中。针对这种情况,提出方便消费者的肉品溯源方案。方案首先对猪肉食品供应链的流程、肉品信息编码的设计、系统总体架构等展开讨论,说明其可行性。然后重点对系统功能进行划分,并给出相关的数据交换模型、FSM模型。实验结果表明,消费者通过手机等智能终端扫描二维码标签即可得到该肉品的基本信息和追溯码,凭借该追溯码消费者还能获取更加详细的有关信息,极大地方便了消费者对肉品信息的获取。 At present,the emphasis in terms of meat products traceability in China is the regulatory mode of government guiding and enterprises being main entities,but the consumers as the most important stakeholders of meat safety cannot effectively involved in. In view of this situation,we proposed the meat produces traceability scheme to facilitate consumers. In the scheme,the pork products supply chain process,the design of meat products information codes and the overall system architecture are discussed first to illustrate the feasibility of the program. Then we focused on the division of system functions,and presented the correlated data exchange model and FSM model of the system. Experimental results showed that,consumers could immediately get the basic information and tracing codes of the meat products by scanning their two-dimensional code labels with smart terminals such as mobile phones and others,with the tracing code the consumers could obtain more detailed information,which greatly facilitated consumers' acquisition on meat information.
