高校学术期刊资源整合的困境及其对策研究

The predicament and countermeasures of the integration of academic journals in colleges and universities

【目的】研究高校学术期刊资源整合中存在的问题和困惑,以引起高校期刊出版单位对资源整合的深入思考,使高校学术期刊的综合竞争力得到显著提升。【方法】结合当下期刊资源整合的现状,采用文献整理、对比研究、经典案例分析等方法,理论结合实际,提出摆脱困境的策略。【结果】在高校学术期刊资源整合的过程中,存在流于形式的整而不和现象,也有体制依赖方面的原因,还有受制于区域和经营方面的困惑。对此,应该采取相应的措施,优化学术期刊资源配置,突出学科背景、行业特色、走专刊化道路和联合出版集团等方式,实质性推进学术期刊资源的整合。【结论】经过资源整合优化后的高校学术期刊,可以更好地应对期刊国际化和期刊数字化趋势。

[Purposes]This paper aims at studying the problems and confusions existing in the resource integration of academic journals in colleges and universities,in order to arouse the deep thinking of college periodical publishing units of the resource integration,and significantly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of academic journals in colleges and universities.[Methods]Combined with the present situation of the periodical resource integration,we used the methods of the literature review,the comparative study,the classic methods of case analysis. By applying theories with practice,we put forward the strategies of solving problems. [Findings] For academic journals of colleges and universities in the process of the resource integration,integration becomes a mere formality. These journals rely too much on the traditional system,and are subject to regions and the business confusion. They should take corresponding measures,optimizing the resource distribution of academic journals. Besides,they should highlight the discipline background,emphasize industry characteristics,take a road of special issues and have a joint publishing group to promote academic journals＇ resource integration. [Conclusions] After the resource integration optimization of academic journals in colleges and universities,they can better deal with periodical internationalization and the periodical digital trend.
