我国信息科学期刊国际化发展的比较分析

Comparison and analysis of the international improvement of Chinese information science journals

【目的】通过与国际同领域期刊的对比分析,找出影响我国信息科学期刊国际化发展的因素,提出提升期刊国际影响力的措施。【方法】根据汤森路透公司发布的2014年度《期刊引证报告》,调研和对比影响因子不同区间的信息科学期刊在期刊基本情况、文章学科分布、施引期刊贡献等方面的不同之处。【结果】在我国英文版科技期刊总量少、无法复制国外期刊群规模化效应的现状下,信息科学期刊国际化发展面临的主要问题包括:期刊定位不明确、文章主题覆盖范围较广、缺乏广泛稳定的读者群。【结论】我国信息科学期刊应在明确期刊定位、提高发文质量、遴选热点方向、积极推荐文章和培养作者团队等方面进行改进,以提高期刊的国际影响力。

[Purposes]This article aims to find the factors which influence the internationalization of Chinese information science journals by comparing with other international journals of the same subject. [Methods] It analyzes the comparison of several international journals of different influence factors in the aspects of the basic information of the journal,hot topics and subjects distribution,and the support from citing journals,according to 2014 Journal Citation Report of Thomson Reuters. [Findings] The major problems of the internationalization of Chinese information science journals include unclear journal targets,wide article subjects,and the lack of a wide range of stable readers,in the condition of fewquantity and non-scale group of Chinese international journals. [Conclusions] Chinese information science journals should focus on the journal target,the paper quality,the hot topics,the recommendation,and the author group to improve the journal quality and the internationalization for Chinese information science journals.
