Information Quality Study in the Context of Public Sector Information Re-use

公共部门信息再利用的成效受到信息质量的直接影响,通过分解公共部门信息再利用的信息增值流程,厘清信息提供方、信息中介和信息用户三类参与者不同的信息质量需求,分析公共部门信息质量的维度,并将公共部门信息再利用过程、再利用参与者与信息质量维度相结合,提出一套逐级递进的信息质量分级体系,达到对信息再利用各个关键环节中信息质量的控制,实现信息的有效再利用。

The result of public sector information re-use is highly affected by the quality of raw PSI information. By investigating the PSI-based value-added chain, defining user need for PSI quality from different stakeholders＇ perspectives, and analyzing PSI quality dimensions, a 3-level PSI quality grading system is presented. By implementing the quality grading system, the quality of PSI can be controlled and the re-use result can be improved.
