“溶质守恒”原理在白酒库房管理中的应用

Application of the Principle of Solute Conservation in the Management of Baijiu Warehouse

由于库房管理中经常涉及到酒源组合、酒库盘存,现在的白酒企业仍大多采用原始的称秤和斗量的方法,这些方法难以有效的进行管理。提出利用"溶质守恒"原理来解决库房容器盘库、转运损耗计算中的应用。

Warehouse management in distilleries often involves the combination of liquor source and liquor inventory. At present, most distilleries still use old weighing and measuring approaches and effective warehouse management is hardly achieved by those methods. In this paper,the principle of solute conservation was put forward and applied in warehouse management, which could settle the problems of plate storage and warehouse transfer loss calculation.
