摘要
优选金钗石斛保健酒的最佳制备工艺,筛选增强机体免疫力的最佳配制样品。以3种制备工艺配制金钗石斛酒样品A、B、C,考察收膏率、指标成分含量和感官3个指标,优选其最佳制备工艺。通过测定小鼠体重、免疫器官重量和血清溶血素,筛选增强机体免疫力的最佳配制样品。结果表明,3种方法制得的A、B和C保健酒收膏率分别为32.3%、34.4%和32.1%,石斛碱含量分别为0.018 mg/m L、0.069 mg/m L和0.076 mg/m L,总皂苷含量分别为0.39 mg/m L、0.33 mg/m L和0.23 mg/m L。样品A、B、C低剂量(1.16 g生药/kg)、高剂量(2.32 g生药/kg)组均能升高免疫器官脾与胸腺指数,提高血清溶血素水平,对小鼠的免疫功能具有显著的调节作用(P<0.05),其中以样品B作用最强(P<0.01)。金钗石斛保健酒能增强机体免疫力,样品B为其最佳配制样品。
In this study, Dendrobium nobile healthcare wine samples A, B and C were prepared by three different preparation technology respectively, and the best preparation technology was selected through the analysis of three indexes of wine samples(ointment collecting rate, index component content, and sensory indexes). Furthermore, the best wine sample with immunity-enhancing capability was screened out through the measurement of rat weight, immune organs weight, and serum hemolysin. The results showed that, ointment collecting rates of wine samples A,B and C produced by the three different technology were 32.3 %, 34.4 % and 32.1 % respectively, dendrobium content were 0.018 mg/m L,0.069 mg/m L and 0.076 mg/m L respectively, and total saponins content were 0.39 mg/m L, 0.33 mg/m L and 0.23 mg/m L respectively. Both lowdosage group and high-dosage group of wine samples A, B and C could increase the immune organ spleen and thymus index, increase serum hemolysin level, and regulate the immune function of mice(P〈0.05). Among them, wine sample B had the best immunity-enhancing capability(P〈0.01) and it was the best wine sample.
