摘要
目的测定消炎止痢灵片中甲氧苄啶的溶出度。方法采用桨法,以0.01 mol·L^-1盐酸为溶出介质,转速为75 r·min^-1,取样时间60 min。HPLC法采用Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.01 mol·L^-1乙酸铵溶液(33∶67)为流动相,检测波长235 nm,流速1.0 m L·min^-1,柱温为25℃。结果甲氧苄啶0.0812~0.812μg与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率97.8%,RSD=1.09%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确、可行,能用于消炎止痢灵片中甲氧苄啶的溶出度测定。
OBJECTIVE To detect the dissolution of trimethoprim from Xiaoyan Zhililing tablets. METHODS Paddle apparatus was used with 0. 01 mol·L^-1hydrochloric acid solution as the dissolution medium at a speed of 75 r·min^-1,and dissolution time limit was 60 min. The analysis was carried out on a Zorbax SB- C18( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase was composed of methanol- 0. 01 mol·L^-1ammonium acetate( 33∶67) at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was at 235 nm.And the column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS Trimethoprim at the range of 0. 0812- 0. 812 μg showed good linearity( r =0. 9991). The average recovery was 97. 8% with the RSD of 1. 09%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate and practicable. It can be applied to determine the dissolution of the preparations.
