摘要
以马铃薯大西洋脱毒试管弱苗为外植体,进行壮苗和生根培养,以探明适宜的壮苗和生根培养基成分。结果表明:2MS和3MS培养基对马铃薯试管苗壮苗培养起到了明显的促进作用;3MS壮苗效果最好,所得试管苗株高较低,茎秆粗壮、叶片多、叶面积大、叶片厚;MS+0.5mg/L奈乙酸是马铃薯试管苗诱导生根的最适宜培养基,发根较早,生根条数多达12.39条,且根健壮。
To probe optimized medium for strengthing and rooting of potato test-tube plantlet,using thin plants of cultivar ‘Atlantic' as materials,medium components for strengthing of weak plantlet and concentration of auxin for rooting were optimized by single factor experiment. Results showed that 2MS and 3MS medium played a significant role in making potato test-tube seedlings strong,especially 3MS medium,in which the height of seedlings was low,stalks were strong,leaves were dark green and leaves areas were large. In addition,MS+0.5mg/L NAA was the suitable medium to induce roots for potato tube seedlings,in which roots could grow more faster,and the number of strong roots were as many as 12.39.
