摘要
大学精神评估是帮助大学精神研究者了解我国大学精神真实状态的最佳途径,对大学精神的重建和培育、大学回归育人本质以及完善我国高等教育评估体系都颇有价值。依据大学文化评估的可行性推断,大学精神同样有被评估的可能性,因而有必要设计大学精神评估的框架。该框架应由精神主体、精神本体、精神载体、精神追求和精神特色五个维度构成。其中,精神主体指大学人,精神本体指大学精神具体所指,精神载体是指有形和无形的精神承载物,精神追求是大学精神的理想和境界,精神特色是每所大学独有的精神风貌。基于上述五个维度,我们生成了二十条大学精神评估的具体指标,并以此为参照,采用问卷和访谈相结合的混合研究法,实现大学精神评估框架的可操作化。
The evaluation on university spirit is the most suitable way to inspect the reality of Chinese university spirit. What's more, it is valuable to rebuild university spirit, go back to teaching, and improve our current higher education evaluation system. This paper infers that university spirit evaluation is feasible as university culture because they have same features. Therefore, a five-element evaluation framework was built which including spiritual subject, spiritual noumenon, spiritual supporter, spiritual pursuit, and spiritual characteristics. Each of these elements refers to university teachers and students, the content of university spirit, the visible and invisible spiritual supporters, the realms and ideas of university spirit, and the spiritual appearances in each university separately. On the ground of those five aspects, we build up twenty evaluation indicators and suggest that mixed method-questionnaire and group focus interviews is the best university spirit evaluating path.
