教师、教育工作者经常的自省是必要的。教育工作者出于内心呼唤,要多多关注学生的需要,放弃要求者的心态,只做被要求者。从平等主义、自由主义、个人主义出发,教师需要更好地更多地修炼自己,包括提升自己,也检点自己,做个像人的人,永远也不去做动员、激励、调动之类的事。教师工作为学生,为学校,也确实是为民族、为国家,但也为了自己,展示自己,是做给自己看的。教育工作者面向一个个活生生的学生,虽然天生会偏向于个性教育,但真正有效地实施个性教育是相当不容易的,想把人培养成一个模式,实在有违天意。
