阶段性系统康复锻炼在膝关节前交叉韧带损伤重建术后的应用效果

Periodic system of rehabilitation exercise in knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and application effect of reconstruction surgery

目的探讨阶段性系统康复锻炼对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后的应用效果。方法将81例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上,给予阶段性系统康复锻炼指导,采用Lysholm评分和HSS评分以及患膝关节伸屈活动度评价两组患者患膝术前、术后不同时段膝关节功能,采用简明健康调查量表(SF-36)测评两组患者生活质量。结果两组患者术前各项评分无显著性差异(P>0.01);术后1月、5月和1年随访,观察组各阶段膝关节功能恢复的有效率明显优于对照组,Lysholm评分和HSS评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);膝关节伸屈活动度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者术后SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阶段性系统康复锻炼护理干预对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后手术疗效的巩固、促进患者膝关节功能的恢复以及提高患者的生活质量均有显著的影响。

Objective To study the application effect of rehabilitation exercise on periodic system after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Methods 81 patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated with conventional nursing.The observation group was treated with rehabilitation exercise instruction.The knee joint function was evaluated with Lysholm score and HSS score.The patients quality of life was accessed with concise health survey questionnaire（SF-36）.Results The scores of the groups before operation was no significant difference（P〈0.01）.The function of knee of observation group 1month,5months and 1year follow-up were better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.SF-36 score of observation group was higher than that of control（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Periodic system of rehabilitation exercise can improve knee function recovery of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy and patients quality of life.
