南桐选煤厂洗末煤处理工艺改造实践 被引量:3

摘要 为有效降低南桐选煤厂洗末煤的硫含量,在对其特性分析的基础上,对洗末煤处理工艺进行技术改造。洗末煤脱硫工艺投入应用后,电煤灰分降低6~8个百分点,硫含量下降0.3~0.6个百分点,每年可节省98万元的降硫成本;此外,平均每月生产硫精砂250 t,其品位在25%~30%之间,平均每年可使进入空气的SO2量减少1 500 t,社会效益和经济效益显著。 For effective removal of washing powder coal sulfur content in based on the characteristic analysis of and desulfurization process of Nantong Coal Preparation plant transformation. Based on the table of desulfurization process have been put into application,coal ash decreased 6 to 8 percent,sulfur content decreased by 0. 3 to 0. 6 percentage points,the annual reduction 0. 98 million yuan of fuel sulfur reducing cost; in addition,average monthly production of sulfur concentrate 250 t,the grade between 25% ~30%,average annual can make into the air amount of SO2 reduction of 1 500 t,significant social benefits.
