摘要
针对马头洗选厂重介技术改造后煤泥水系统状况及存在问题,通过利用闲置角锥沉淀池,对中煤磁选尾矿截粗再浮选,将捞坑溢流返回一段浓缩机等一系列改造措施,对煤泥水系统进行了完善与优化,取得了良好效果。
In order to tackle the problems encountered in the coal slurry system in current use following the technical remoulding of plant's dense medium separation system,extensive work is made on the renovation of the slurry system by taking a series of measures with the use of the idle spitzkasten. These include,among others,sending the finer sizes screened out from the tailings of the middlings magnetic separator to flotation circuit,and sending the overflow of the dredging sump back to the primary thickener.The perfection and optimization of the slurry system has met with favourable result.
