浅谈心电图在冠心病诊断中的价值

The value of electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的:探究和分析心电图在冠心病诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取江苏省南通市如皋市人民医院2013-01/2015-01收治的冠心病患者50例以及同期抽取的健康志愿者50例作为研究对象,并依次采用心电图以及冠状动脉造影诊断进行诊断,观察心电图诊断情况以及两种方法的阳性率检测情况.结果:在心电图检查结果比较上,冠心病患者的病理性Q波、ST段下移合并T波倒置的发生率均比健康志愿者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法在冠心病患者阴阳性率比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在健康志愿者比较上,心电图的阳性率比冠状动脉造影高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用心电图对冠心病进行诊断,操作方便,费用低廉,且不存在创伤性,然而为了降低误诊漏诊率,建议与其余方法联合.

AIM： To explore and analyze the application value of ECG in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. METHODS：A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease and 50 healthy volunteers at the same period admitted into the People＇s Hospital of Rugao from January 2013 to January 2015 were chosen as the main object. ECG and coronary angiography were used in diagnosis,and the diagnosis of ECG and the positive rate of the two methods were observed. RESULTS： The pathological Q wave in patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD） and ST segment depression with T wave inversion of incidence was higher than that in healthy volunteers,and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,in the comparison of the rate of Yin and Yang of patients with coronary heart disease,there was no statistically significant differences between the two methods（ P〉0. 05）;in healthy volunteers,the positive rates of ECG is higher than coronary angiography, and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION： The diagnosis of coronary heart disease by ECG is easy to operate with low cost,and less traumatic. But in order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,it is suggested to combine the ECG with other methods.
