中医辩证治疗原发性高血压的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:在对中医辩证治疗原发性高血压的效果进行客观评定的基础上,研究可改善患者预后水平的方法.方法:选取四川省简阳市禾丰中心卫生院2013-08/2015-08收治的50例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,设为实验组(n=50),本组患者接受中医辩证治疗;同期选择50例原发性高血压患者进行对照,设为对照组(n=50),本组患者接受常规治疗,对两组入选患者的临床效果进行客观对比,同时对其收缩压值以及舒张压值进行评定.结果:治疗后,实验组患者收缩压值为(120.15±8.42)mm Hg,对照组为(136.53±11.46)mm Hg;实验组患者舒张压值为(80.42±4.44)mm Hg,对照组为(93.70±6.11)mm Hg,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:选用中医辩证治疗原发性高血压可取得显著疗效,值得推广.

AIM： To study the effect of TCM on the treatment of essential hypertension,and to improve the prognosis of patients.METHODS： 50 patients with essential hypertension admitted into Hefeng Health Centers of Jianyang City from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as experimental group. The patients received Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment; 50 patients with essential hypertension were selected as control group. The patients recieved conventional therapy. The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared. RESULTS： After treatment,the systolic blood pressure of experimental group was（ 120. 15 ± 8. 42） mm Hg,the control group was（ 136. 53 ± 11. 46） mm Hg,and the diastolic blood pressure of control group was（ 80. 42 ± 4. 44） mm Hg,the control group was（ 93. 70 ± 6. 11） mm Hg,and there was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSION： The treatment of essential hypertension with TCM can achieve significant effect,which can be popularized.
