实验大白鼠吸入EHFV气溶胶后病毒在巨噬细胞内增殖的研究

A Study of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Virus(EHFV) Proliferation in the Phagocytes of Experimental Rats after Inhalation of the EHFV Aerosol

流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)气溶胶被大白鼠吸入后,首先作用于肺泡巨噬细胞,随即肺泡内单个核细胞增多,病毒在其胞浆内增殖,最后定位于肺组织Ⅱ型上皮细胞内。结果表明,EHFV气溶胶可通过呼吸道使实验大白鼠感染,病毒在体内的传播可能是通过单核巨噬细胞系统。

By this experimental study, it was found that EHFV first acted on pulmonary phagocytes, soon afterwards increased in monocytes in alveoli of lung and EHFV proliferation took place in the cytoplasm ,and finally EHFV was located in pulmonary tissue cells. The findings showed that experimental rats could be infected through respiratory tract after inhalation of EHFV aerosol, and EHFV transmitted way might be mononuclear phagocyte system.
