不同剂型高效氯氟氰菊酯对斑马鱼的急性毒性评价 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]评价高效氯氟氰菊酯不同剂型对水生生物的毒性影响,为其科学合理应用提供依据。[方法]应用半静态法测试了10%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EC、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯WP对斑马鱼的急性毒性效应。[结果]3种供试药剂对斑马鱼96 h的LC50值分别为1.15×10^(-3)、0.99×10^(-3)、5.82×10^(-3)mg/L,95%置信限分别为0.81×10^(-3)~1.48×10^(-3)、0.81×10^(-3)~1.15×10^(-3)、3.24×10^(-3)~7.89×10^(-3)。[结论]依据《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》,不同剂型高效氯氟氰菊酯对斑马鱼的急性毒性级别均为剧毒,毒性从高到低依次为2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EC、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂和10%高效氯氟氰菊酯WP。 [ Objective ] To evaluate the toxicity effects of different formulations of lambda-cyhalothrin on aquatic organisms, and to provide references for the scientific and reasonable application. [ Method ] Acute toxic effects of 10% lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspension, 2. 5% lambda-cyhalothrin EC and 10% /ambda-cyhalothrin WP on zebrafish were detected by semi-static method. [ Result] The LCw values of three medicaments to zebrafish at 96 h were 1.15 × 10^ -3,0.99 × 10^-3, 5.82 × 10^ -3 mg/L, respectively ; and the 95% confidence limits were O. 81 × 10^ -3 - 1.48 × 10^-3, 0. 81 ×10^-3- 1.15 × 10^ -3 and 3.24 × 10^-3 - 7.89 × 10^-3, respectively. [ Conclusion ] According to the Experimental Guideline for Environment Safety Evaluation of Chemical Pesticides, the toxicity of three formulations of lambda-cyhalothrin to adult zebrafish were highly toxic, which were in the order of 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin EC 〉 10% lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspension 〉 10% lambda-cyhalothrin WP.
