摘要
[目的]研究不同处理对永瓣藤插条成活率的影响,为永瓣藤的扩大繁殖提供技术支撑。[方法]采用不同浓度的NAA和IBA浸泡插穗和在不同采条期进行扦插试验,调查插穗的成活率。[结果]永瓣藤在6月扦插,未经外源激素处理时的插穗成活率最高,为74.4%。[结论]建议永瓣藤适宜的扦插期是6-7月。
To study the effects of different treatments on the survival rate of Monimopetalum chinense cutting, and to provide technical support for the expand reproduction of M. chinense. [ Method ] Cutting test was carried out in different picking periods under different concentrations of NAA and IBA. The survival rate of cutting was investigated. [ Result] M. chinense was cut in June. Survival rate was the maximum （74.4%） without treatment of exogenous hormone. [ ConclusionI The suitable cutting stage for M. chinense is June-July.
