Development Path of Fishery Service Industry in Zhejiang Province under“New Normal”

基于"新常态"下渔业发展的大背景,分析了影响浙江渔业服务业发展的自然资源、区位和经济、技术和人才等要素,探讨了"十三五"时期浙江省渔业服务业发展的路径:政府应进一步完善和加强渔业公共服务体系建设,推进适合现代市场体系水产品加工流通业的发展,出台符合浙江渔业产业发展省情的财务和税收政策,注重渔业领域高素质专业人才的培养,完善渔业法律、法规,提高政府渔业管理能力,因地制宜地推动休闲渔业的发展。

Under the background of fishery development in ＂New Normal＂, factors affecting the development of fishery service industry in Zhejiang Province were analyzed, such as the natural resources, location and economy, technology and talent. Development path of fishery service industry in Zhejiang Province was discussed during the 13th Five Year Plan period. Government should further strengthen the construc- tion of fishery public service system, promote the development of aquatic products processing and circulation industry suitable for modern mar- ket, propose new financial and tax policies suitable for the fishery industry development of Zhejiang Province, pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality professional talents in fishery field, improve the fishery management ability of fishery laws and regulations, and enhance the development o5 recreational fishery according to local situations.
