摘要
全球早产发生率呈逐年攀升趋势,且由多方面因素造成,是现今各国产科面临的重要难题。文章主要就早产发生的胎盘因素进行讨论,并进一步阐述减少早产发生的预测和预防方式,及改善围产期结局的最新临床诊治进展。
In recent years, the preterm birth rate is gradually increasing, and is caused by many factors. This is the most significant clinical problem facing contemporary obstetrics in the worldwide .This article assesses the relationship between preterm birth and placental disease, and elaborates on the prediction, prevention ,the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of preterm birth, in order to improve the perinatal outcomes.
