放疗科住院患者的医院感染特点分析

Analysis of characteristics of nosocomial infection on hospitalized patients in department of radiotherapy

目的对放疗科住院患者的医院感染特点进行分析研究。方法选取2013年10月到2015年10月在中山大学附属第五医院放疗科住院进行癌症治疗的100例医院感染患者,采用回顾性调查方法,收集汇总医生上报的感染资料,通过对患者各种疾病的医院感染率、医院感染部位构成比、不同肿瘤疾病的医院感染率进行分类统计分析。结果医院感染的病原体分布以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,革兰氏阳性球菌相对较少;癌症放疗患者医院感染后以呼吸道感染为首,其次泌尿系统感染。结论肿瘤医护人员应加强对放疗患者的医院感染监测,并采取有效措施降低医院感染率,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To ana lyze the characteristics of nosocomial infection on hospitalized patients in department of radiother apy. Methods 100 patients with nosocomid infection for cancer treatment were collected from October 2013 to October 2015 in the department of radiotherapy,which was collecting and summarizing the infection data reported by doctors. Classification and statistical analysis of the hospital infection rate of patients with various diseases, the proportion of hospital infection Statistical and nosocomial infection rate in different tumor diseases. Results The pathogens of nosocomial infection were mainly gram negative bacilli, gram positive bacteria were relatively fewer. Conclusion Cancer medical staff should strengthen the monitoring of nosocomial infection in patients with radiotherapy and take effective measures to reduce the hospital infection rate,to improve the total survival and quality of life of patients.
