年轻单纯收缩期高血压患者中心动脉压测量的特殊意义 被引量：6

摘要 单纯收缩期高血压（isolated systolic hypertension,ISH）系高血压的一个特殊类型。老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH of the elderly,ISHE）是该人群中常见的高血压亚型,与心血管事件密切相关。青年人单纯收缩期高血压（ISH of the youth,ISHY）并不常见,是否与ISHE有类似的病理生理意义？这个问题一直没有得到足够的关注。
