夏普公司4月2日正式签署归入富士康母公司鸿海集团旗下的合约。夏普接受鸿海3888亿日元（约合人民币225亿元）出资,成为日本首家被外资并购的家电巨头。从2012年3月27日,夏普候任总裁奥田隆司宣布与鸿海集团在资本运作和经营业务上开展合作开始,耗时4年的谈判终于画上了句号。而这,也将影响全球液晶面板市场行业格局。
