摘要
以某型客车为研究对象,建立客车车身有限元模型,并在此模型基础上建立了该客车室内声腔有限元模型。基于模态分析理论,获得了该客车白车身前十阶模态频率及振型,通过与模态试验结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。运用Radioss进行车身的模态频率响应分析,以此分析结果为边界条件,基于声学传递向量计算车内声场及板块贡献量,为车身的优化设计提供依据。
Some type of bus taken as research object,the finite element model of the bus body was built. Then,based on the structural model,the finite model of acoustic cavity was built. Based on modal analysis theory,the data of the first 10 order modals was got. By comparing the data with the results of modal test,the correctness of the structural model was verified. The model's modal frequency response was calculated by Radioss and the results of the analysis were taken as boundary condition of vocal cavity analysis. Finally,the interior acoustic field and panel contribution amount were calculated with ATV technology which could be used in the aspect of noise reduction design of the bus.
