摘要 目前,车辆普遍采用的冷却系统存在着系统能量消耗过高,冷却温度控制不精确以及冷却液温度变化控制不灵敏等弊端。针对上述弊端提出改进,使用电动水泵取代传统以发动机作为动力源的水泵;使用电子节温器代替石蜡式节温器;将电动风扇的转速控制变成无级调速。整个系统利用单片机作为控制核心,控制发动机在最佳工作温度状态附近运转,进而使发动机达到高效率、低油耗运行目的。 Nowadays,the engine cooling system,which is widely used to equip vehicles,has a lot of defects including high system energy consumption,imprecision of coolant temperature control and insensitivity of coolant temperature change amount control. It's a main aim to remove above defects of engine cooling system. The traditional pump which is driven by engine is replaced by electric pump. Paraffin-type thermostat is replaced by electronic thermostat. And the speed control of electric fan is by stepless speed adjustment. The whole system uses MCU as control core,which controls the engine to work at nearly optimum operating temperature,and makes the engine achieve high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
