高职院校辅导员走出工作困境的对策初探

Preliminary Discussion on Higher Vocational College Counselors′ Work Dilemma and Countermeasures

目前,高职院校辅导员在工作中面临多种困境。为使他们摆脱困境,高职院校应采取多种措施。学校要制定可行的管理机制,为辅导员的职业发展做好规划,把好方向;辅导员自身也要注意提高素质,加强学习,适应时代发展和工作需要。辅导员可以利用带班优势,承担相关教学工作,解决高校思想政治教育理论教学与实践脱节的问题。

There are many dilemmas in counselors′ work in higher vocational colleges. In order to solve their problems,some measures must be taken. The college should draw feasible management system to plan counselor′s professional development. The counselor must enhance self quality by studying to suit time development and work requirement. The counselor may utilize the advantage of monitoring class to take some teaching task and to solve the problem of discrepancy between practice and thought politics education theory teaching in colleges.
