地铁隧道盾构始发过程数值模拟分析研究

摘要 以苏州市吴中区的平行隧道施工为工程依托,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对盾构始发过程进行了仿真模拟,对地表沉降、地层位移、土体应力和围护结构应力进行了对比分析。模拟表明:土体强度对抵抗地层扰动能力具有有效性;土质强度越大,隧道结构在Y轴方向所受的地应力越小,这意味着管片受土压力越小,则隧道结构更为稳定;主动土压力随着盾构掘进深度的增加而增大,且伴随着主动土压力的增加,围护结构应力值也相应增大。 Taking the parallel tunnel construction of Wuzhong district in Suzhou as background,this paper uses finite element software ABAQUS to numerically simulate the shield originating process. A comparative analysis is made on the surface subsidence,stratum displacement,stress of soils and the stress of envelope. The simulation results show that: the validity of soil strength to resist formation disturbance is verified,when the soil strength is greater,the stress of tunnel structure in the Y axis direction is smaller,so does the stress of segment,and thus the tunnel structure is more stable; the active earth pressure increases with the tunneling depth of shield increasing, and accompanied by the increased active earth pressure, the stress of enclosure structure increases accordingly.
