摘要
近年来众多研究表明,湿地植物作为微生物的附着载体,通过根系泌氧作用以及根系分泌物作用对脱氮微生物脱氮能力具有重要影响。在综述了人工湿地中植物种类对氮污染物去除效率影响的基础上,重点阐释了湿地植物对脱氮微生物活性的影响机制:湿地植物通过根系泌氧和根系分泌等作用使溶解氧、氧化还原电位、营养组成等发生变化,进而对脱氮微生物活性及脱氮效果产生影响。最后对人工湿地设计和机理研究中湿地植物的选择进行了总结与展望。
Recent studies have indicated that wetland plants as the substrate of microorganisms have an important influence on the nitrogen removal through releasing oxygen as well as exudates. In this paper, the effects of plant species on the removal efficiency of nitrogen pollutants was analyzed, after that the effect mechanism of plants on related microbial activity was focused illustrated. By releasing oxygen and exudates, wetland plants could change the dissolved oxygen, redox potential, nutrient composition, and then affect microbial activity and nitrogen removal efficiency. In the end, the choice of wetland plants in designing constructed wetlands and investigating the mechanism was summarized and prospected.
