摘要
视力下降及视野缺损是玻璃体切除术后常见的并发症。手术器械的改进和手术技巧的提高也未能从根本上解决这一问题。手术对患者的医源性损伤不容忽视。本文对玻璃体切除手术视功能损伤的医源性原因做以下综述。
The common complication after pars plana vitrectomy is vision loss and defect of visual field. Improved surgical techniques and surgical instuments also failed to resolve this problem. Surgical iatrogenic injury to the patients should not be ignored. In this paper the iatrogenic cause of vision loss after pars plana vitrectomy will be reviewed.
