摘要
本文把全生命周期成本(LCC)理论应用于GIS设备招标采购中,通过分析设备的管理现状和成本数据,结合工程估算法、参数估算法、类比估算法、分析预测法以及专家估算法等方法,构建GIS设备LCC模型,以量化的成本费用值进行设备的采购决策和选型,以建立基于全生命周期成本(LCC)招标采购管理机制为目标。
Through analyzing the present management situation and the cost data of the equipments and combinning with the engineering estimation method, parameter estimation method, analogy estimation method, analysis and prediction method and the expert evaluation method, this paper will describe that the life cycle cost(LCC) theory will be applied in GIS equipment bids and procurement to establish the LCC model of GIS equipment and take the equipment procurement decision-making and selection through quantifying the cost value, which will be used to establish the bidding and purchasing management mechanism based on life cycle cost(LCC) as the goal.
