在传统的建设工程项目管理模式中,项目中各种信息的存储主要基于表格以及单据等纸质形式,而信息的加工以及整理则完全由手工来完成。总之,信息从它的产生以及过程中的整理和加工,都是以一种较为缓慢的形式进行的。然而,随着目前建设工程项目规模的逐步扩大化,施工所面临的难度也越来越大,同时对施工质量也提出了更高的要求,面对这种形势,建筑企业施工项目管理的难度及面临的问题越来越大,传统的管理模式已经无法满足需求。而竞争激烈的今天,为保证企业具有强有力的竞争力,则实现建设工程项目信息化管理成为必要。本文主要研究BIM信息化管理系统在房建工程项目管理中应用后的具体效果。

In the traditional construction project management mode, the storage of all kinds of information in the project is mainly based on paper forms like document, and the processing and arranging of the information are completely done by hand. In short, the generation and the processing in the process of information are in a relatively slow form. However, with the gradual expansion of the scale of the current construction project, the difficulty of the construction is also increasing, while the requirements of the construction quality are also higher. For this kind of situation, the difficulty and problems of engineering project management of construction enterprises are more and more serious, the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the demand. Facing the current fierce competition, it is necessary to ensure the enterprises with strong competitiveness to implement the information management of construction projects. This paper mainly studies the specific effect of the application of BIM information management system in housing construction project management.
