基于神经网络的装备维修保障信息灵敏度分析

摘要 装备维修保障基础信息的灵敏度分析对于维修决策的制订与保障方案评价等都具有非常重要的作用。本文首先确定了装备维修保障信息灵敏度分析需求与过程,然后采用人工神经网络的方法建立了灵敏度分析的网络,利用网络输出定量计算参数对模型结果的影响程度,以掌握装备维修保障对参数变化的敏感度。最后,以某型号齿轮润滑泵维修性数据为例进行案例分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性。 The sensitivity analysis of equipment maintenance support information plays an important role in the maintenance decisionmaking and support plan evaluation etc. In this paper, firstly, the demand and process of equipment maintenance support information sensitivity analysis was determined. Secondly, the artificial neural network was adopted to build networks for sensitivity analysis, the network output of the quantitative calculation of the influence of parameters is used on the model results, and the parameter sensitivity was got.Finally, the maintainability data of some gear lubrication pump was analyzed as an example, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
