浅析挂篮施工法——记津保铁路120m连续梁菱形挂篮施工

Analysis on the Cradle Construction:Rhombic Cradle Construction of 120m Continuous Beam of Jinbao Railway

津保铁路子牙河特大桥主桥为(76+4×120+76)m连续梁桥,本文介绍了该桥的主要结构特点,以及菱形挂篮施工法在该桥主体结构上的运用,从挂篮的结构特点以及从模板、钢筋、混凝土、预应力等施工方面介绍了其施工特点,同时也阐明了施工中的一些重难点和控制要点,为挂篮在大跨度连续梁施工方面给出点借鉴意义和参考。

The main bridge of Jinbao Railway Ziya River Bridge is（76＋4×120＋76）m continuous girder bridge. This paper introduces the main structure characteristics of this bridge, and the application of rhombic cradle construction in the main structure of the bridge,introduces its construction characteristics from the structure characteristics of the hanging basket, template, steel, concrete, prestressed and other construction aspects. At the same time, this paper illustrates the difficult points and key control points of the construction to provide reference for the hanging basket in the construction of large-span continuous beam.
