摘要
本文以云川特大桥承台大体积混凝土为分析对象,通过对施工过程进行实时温度监测,及时提出温控建议,设置冷却循环水管,严格控温保温养护措施。承台混凝土浇筑完成后,未出现裂缝,达到了预期的混凝土防裂要求。工程实践表明大体积混凝土实时温控措施是有效的,实现了大体积混凝土温度控制的信息化施工。
This paper takes the mass concrete of Yunchuan grand bridge as the analysis objec to timely control abd monitor the construction process and put forward the suggestions in time, instal cooling water circulation, strictly control temperature and heat conservation measures. There are not any cracks after the concrete pouring, it reached the expected requirements of concrete crack. The engineering practice shows the temperature control measures of mass concrete construction are effective, it achieves the informations construction of mass concrete temperature control.
