摘要
近年来,随着中国经济的大发展,原有铁路网已不能满足日益增长的旅客和货物运输的要求。为了提高铁路的运输能力,铁道部提出规划"四纵四横"铁路快速客运通道以及发达地区城际快速客运系统,建设1.6万公里的客运专线,以及运煤专线,货运专线的快速货运系统,并对原有既有线也进行大规模升级改造。随着铁路建设步伐的不断加快,设计者对铁路施工速度、精度以及工艺等都提出了更高的要求,特别是铁路信号在铁路运输中发挥的作用越来越大,智能化水平也不断提高,信号设备也在不断的发展与更新,施工过程中现有老方法、原始仪器已经远远不能满足新建铁路和改造铁路的设计要求。因此,对信号施工中的施工方法和施工仪器进行研究是非常必要和迫切的。
In recent years, with the great development of Chinese economy, the original railway network has been unable to meet the growing demands of passenger and freight transportation. In order to improve the ability of railway transportation, the railway ministry puts forward the railway speeding passenger transportation channel plan called "four vertical and four horizontal" and intercity railway speeding passenger transport system in the developed areas, plans the construction of special railway lines for passenger transport about 16 thousand kilometers, coal lines and special railway lines for speeding freight traffic system and also will take a large-scale upgrading and reconstruction to the existing railway. With the accelerating pace of railway construction, the designers have put forward higher requirements for railway construction speed, precision and technics, especially when the railway signal is playing an increasingly important role in railway transportation and the intelligent level is also improved continuously, and signal equipment is also in constant development and updates,which make the existing old methods and the original instruments in the process of construction can not meet design requirements of the new railway construction and reconstruction. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to study the construction method and the construction equipment in the signal construction.
